This mid-thirties style guitar was developed closely with Mark Stutman of Folkway Music, whom the model is named after.

In addition to being the founder of Folkway Music, an independent guitar store located in Waterloo, Canada, Mark is an extremely talented craftsman and has earned the recognition of being an expert in vintage acoustic guitars, especially Gibsons from the 1930’s and 1940’s.

We’re honored to have worked with him to create something that reflects that level of knowledge and quality in every aspect of the build.
